Impact on Europe
The impact the Holocaust had on Europe was the formation of the E.U ( European Union) and the U.N (United Nation) which prevented an event like the Holocaust from ever happening again. For countries such as France which had been invaded and destroyed during the war it meant they had to completely rebuild the nation. Some other countries who had suffered more severely during the war such as Poland needed a little more financial and moral support from the allied powers to recover from this terrible tragedy. Parts of Europe that were part of the axis powers were distributed to either the Soviet Union or Britain to oversee their recovery.
